What exactly does Clicks.expert do?

Clicks.expert helps UK-based service businesses get more leads, enquiries and sales through targeted online advertising.

While most of our work is focused on Google Ads, we also support campaigns on Microsoft Ads and other platforms when it makes sense for your business.

We create, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns that bring in the right kind of traffic, people who are actively looking for your service and ready to take action. That could mean phone calls, form submissions, emails or online sales, depending on your goals.

We don’t just set campaigns live and walk away. We monitor performance daily, make smart adjustments and continue improving based on what’s working. Every campaign is tailored to your business goals, budget and location, and we explain everything in plain English.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with small to medium-sized UK-based businesses, mainly in service industries.

This includes trades like plumbers, electricians and roofers, as well as professional services such as estate agents, mortgage brokers, accountants and consultants. We also support event-based businesses like bridal shops, florists and photographers, along with niche ecommerce brands and local retailers.

Most of our clients are business owners or small teams who want better results from Google Ads but don’t have the time or in-house expertise to manage campaigns properly. Some have run ads before and seen mixed results, while others are starting from scratch and want to get it right from day one.

Are there any contracts?

No. We don’t use contracts. Everything we do is on a rolling monthly basis.
That means you’re free to stop at any time, and we have to earn your trust and deliver results every month. It keeps us focused, responsive and committed to performance.

We believe strong relationships are built on value, not long-term tie-ins. If we’re doing our job properly, you’ll want to stay. If not, you should be able to walk away without hassle.

What makes you different from other agencies?

How long have you been doing this?

Clicks.expert is part of Ocatio Marketing SL, originally founded as Ocatio Ltd in the UK in 2009.

In 2015, the company relocated to Spain and now operates under the name Ocatio Marketing SL, continuing to serve UK businesses with the same team and focus on performance marketing.

How quickly can you get started?

Once we’ve agreed to begin and have access to your account or website, we can usually get started within 48 hours.

Do you build campaigns from scratch?

Yes. Every campaign we run is built from the ground up to match your goals, budget and audience.

We don’t use recycled templates or copy-paste strategies. We start by understanding your business, your market and what success looks like for you. From there, we build a complete campaign structure, including keyword targeting, ad copy, location settings, bidding strategy and any relevant extensions.

If you’re starting fresh, we’ll guide you through what’s needed to get everything set up properly. If you already have an account, we can rebuild or restructure it to work more effectively. Everything is designed to generate real leads, not just clicks.

What do you think about Google’s automated bidding strategies?

We’re not huge fans of fully automated bidding. While we do use it in some cases, we believe handing over too much control to Google can lead to poor results, especially for smaller businesses with tighter budgets.

Strategies like Maximise Conversions or Target CPA can work, but only when the campaign is set up correctly and backed by enough quality data. Otherwise, Google often pushes for more spend without delivering better outcomes.

We prefer a more hands-on approach. That means using automation where it helps and applying expert oversight and manual adjustments where it matters. Our focus is always on efficiency, not just activity, so we stay in control of the spend and steer the campaign toward real results.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We regularly take over existing Google Ads accounts and improve their performance.

Many of our clients come to us after trying to manage campaigns themselves or working with another agency that didn’t deliver results. In most cases, the account already has valuable data. It’s just not being used effectively.

We start with a full review of your current setup to understand what’s working, what’s not and where your budget is being wasted. From there, we clean up the structure, refine targeting, improve ad copy and fix tracking issues if needed.

We don’t throw everything away and start over unless that’s the best option. We build on what’s useful and restructure what isn’t, with a focus on improving efficiency and generating more meaningful leads.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing starts at £199 per month with no VAT, and goes up depending on the size and complexity of your account.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Smaller campaigns with straightforward targeting may only need light ongoing support, while larger or more competitive accounts require more time and attention. We’ll always give you a clear monthly quote before we begin.

There are no setup fees, no hidden costs and no long-term contracts. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying and what’s included.

You also control your ad budget. We’ll advise on the right level for your goals, but you decide how much to spend each month. Our role is to make sure that budget works as hard as possible.

What kind of ad budget do I need?

We typically recommend starting with a budget of at least £500 per month. That gives us enough room to test, learn and drive results without spreading spend too thin.

From there, we can help you scale at a pace that suits your goals and capacity. We work with a wide range of budgets and can advise on the right level for your industry, location and competition. Whether you’re spending £500 or £5,000, our goal is to get the most value from every pound.

Do you help with landing pages or websites?

Yes. While we’re not a web design agency, we have a lot of experience working with websites and landing pages, especially on WordPress. If you already have a website, we can review it and help you make it more effective for ads. This includes improving loading speed, reviewing calls to action and making sure your pages are designed to convert traffic into leads and sales.

If you don’t have a landing page or need something more focused for your campaign, we can help build simple, high-performing pages using WordPress. We’re also happy to collaborate with your designer or refer you to someone who understands what’s needed for a successful ad campaign.

Will I get reports?

Yes. We provide clear, easy-to-understand reports that show how your campaigns are performing. You’ll see the key results that matter most to your business, like leads, cost per conversion and return on ad spend.

We also use a third-party tool called Opteo, which gives us deeper insights and proactive suggestions to improve your campaigns. It helps us spot trends, fix issues quickly and keep everything running efficiently.

In addition to scheduled reports, we’ll also keep you updated with regular check-ins and fast responses if anything important comes up.

How often do you optimise the ads?

We monitor and optimise your ads on a daily basis. This means reviewing performance data, checking search terms, adjusting bids, updating ad copy and testing new ideas to improve results.

Optimisation isn’t something we leave for the end of the month. We believe in making small, regular improvements that add up over time. With access to real-time insights from tools like Google Ads and Opteo, we’re able to spot issues quickly and make smart adjustments that keep your campaigns moving in the right direction.
